AFTER YOU REGISTER

Once your registration is complete, and your payment is secured, Vendor Showcase participants will receive a letter of agreement and additional logistical information about your participation. No refunds will be issued once your payment has been processed. There will be no exceptions to this rule since space for this event is very limited. Please note that reservations are not secured until your payment is received.

BOOTH SETUP

Each single booth will include one 6’ x 2.5’ table covered with basic drapery, two chairs, and a table sign. You are welcome to replace the drapery or signage. Electricity will be provided with one power strip placed at every other table. Internet connection is included via wireless only. One pop-up sign per booth is recommended, but we ask that you respect your neighboring vendors by keeping your signs within your exhibit space and placing them in a manner that will not block any aisle or the view to other vendors. Each single booth includes 3 attendees, and additional attendees may be purchased for $100 each.

Provider: Vendors may set up their table after 4:00pm. Set up must be complete no later than 6:30pm. You must have a representative at your booth at all times. Vendors must breakdown their exhibits immediately after the showcase.

Leadership: Vendors may set up their table after 6:30pm on Tuesday, June 25 or between 6:30-8:15am on Wednesday, June 26. Set up must be complete no later than 8:15am. You must have a representative at your booth at all times. Vendors must breakdown their exhibits immediately after the showcase.

ASSIGNMENT OF TABLE LOCATIONS

Table locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Healogics reserves the right to adjust the floor plan to meet the needs of Healogics, vendors and participants.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

The vendor assumes responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arriving out of injury or damage to the vendors’ displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel. The vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Healogics, LLC and their agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims. There is not another agreement or warranty between the vendor and Healogics except as set forth in this document. The rights of Healogics under this contract shall not be deemed waived except as specifically stated in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Healogics.

CANCELLATION

In the event that it is necessary to cancel a portion or all of a Healogics Live Course and/or the Vendor Showcase, due to any cause beyond the direct control of Healogics including, but not limited to damage to or destruction of the hotel, labor strikes, adverse weather conditions, the exhibitor shall be reimbursed only for prepaid registration fees.
